1.The Delivery Time of Order

Porcessing time（5-7 working days for in stock item ) +Transportation time (depends on the shipping method you choose，you can see it on checkout page ).

*Due to the pandemic, shipping carriers are experiencing delays. Please allow for some extra time for your package to arrive. 

2.The Shipping Fee

It is base on the package's weight , volume, your country and shipping method you choose, you can add the item you are interested in into cart and go to checkout page to check how much the shipping fee is .

If you address is in a remote are ,they are may be extra shipping cost .

3.No Shipping Method Available When Checkout ?

4.Tracking Order

We will send tracking information to your registeration email immediately after finish processing .

5. Package Lost

If the package takes over 3 months in transit (4 months Brazil & Mexico&Chile ）and still didn't arrive or lost ，we can offer a full refund .

 

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

All applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes on our shipped packages are collected at the time of purchase and no additional amounts are due at the time of final delivery.

Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the parcel. Customs officers have the right to release or refuse to release your package, and in rare cases they may also delay delivery.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
